Hydraulic oil hose rubber hose is a transmission pipe commonly used in hydraulic systems. The main steps of its manufacturing process are introduced below.

1. Rubber mixing:
The first step in manufacturing hydraulic oil hose rubber hose is to mix rubber with other additives to form a rubber compound. The mixed rubber is usually nitrile rubber (NBR) or butyl rubber (BR), which have good oil resistance and wear resistance.

2. Rubber extrusion:
The mixed rubber material is further processed by an extruder to extrude it into a continuous rubber cylindrical billet. The extruder pushes the rubber material from the hopper into the cylindrical mold through a rotating screw, and then forms a continuous rubber billet through pressure and heat.

3. Steel wire braiding:
On the surface of the extruded rubber billet, a steel wire braid layer is covered on the outer surface of the rubber billet by a mechanical device. The steel wire braid layer is usually woven with high-strength steel wire to increase the strength and pressure resistance of the hose.

4. Injection molding of inner rubber layer:
Outside the steel wire braided layer, the inner rubber layer is injected into the steel wire braided layer by an injection molding machine to form an inner rubber layer. The inner rubber layer usually uses a rubber material with good oil resistance, such as nitrile rubber.

5. Sealing and cutting:
Seal both ends of the rubber hose to ensure that the internal liquid does not leak. Then use a cutting machine to cut the hose to the required length.

6. Hose assembly:
According to the use requirements, assemble the hose connectors (such as joints, joints, flanges, etc.) at both ends of the hose to connect with the hydraulic system.
